Why Lumina is different
Science with skill, values and purpose.
Lumina is more than a one-off activity. It is a structured STEM pathway that invites young people to explore deeply, act responsibly and grow confidently.
Purpose-built for ages 10–15Science is connected with faith, wonder, and care for creation in an authentic way.
Teamwork, gratitude, communication and stewardship are practised—not simply discussed.
This first Explorer Day can lead into future camps, innovation challenges and continued EduKit learning.
Parent questions
Everything you need to know.
What should my child bring?
Please bring a labelled water bottle and basic stationery, and wear comfortable, activity-appropriate clothing. A final checklist will be sent to registered parents before the event.
How are hands-on activities kept safe?
Materials are assessed for the 10–15 age group. Facilitators use step-by-step assembly, controlled quantities, work mats and clear safety procedures. First aid, spare components and a dedicated safety lead are part of the event plan.
What happens if it rains or the venue changes?
The programme is in person and planned for an indoor activity space. The venue is still being confirmed. Registered parents will receive the final location and any changes directly before event day.
What is the refund or registration policy?
Seats are limited and confirmed through the registration process. Final payment, cancellation and refund terms will be shared before payment so you can review them before confirming.
How does parent pickup work?
Every participant follows a check-in and check-out process. Children will only be released through the authorised pickup procedure shared with registered parents.
